Our fixtures

The RAFGS has an extensive fixture list including seven meetings, an annual Scottish tour and fifteen matches against clubs and other societies, Our current events are at locations around England and all are at excellent clubs/courses. Entry to all of our fixtures is made using the online booking form for each fixture.

Our events are open to all members, other than the Brent Knoll Bowl, which is open to Category A golfers only. We have a match manager for all of the matches and they will select the team if the event is over-subscribed. Many of the matches are long-standing fixtures and all are played in a spirit of friendly competition as well as offering the opportunity to play some outstanding golf courses at very favourable prices. Match managers will seek to maintain a balance between rewarding those who loyally support the event and giving the opportunity for new players to participate, so it is always worth entering an event if you would like to play.

Membership of the RAF Golfing Society

Membership of the Society is open to everyone who has a personal connection to the RAF - we welcome applications from current and former service personnel, UAS and Air Cadets, as well as their direct relatives. The minimum age for membership is 18 years.
