Format: AM: 18 holes of Foursomes Matchplay

2025 Winners: Match halved

PM: Optional second round for a small additional charge (2-ball only)

The match against Huntercombe Golf Club has been on our fixture list for many years - the 2026 meeting will be the 57th time it has been played. The match is 12-a-side and played over 18 holes of foursomes, followed by a very good lunch. We compete for the splendid Stevenson Cup - the 2025 result was a halved match, meaning that the RAFGS retained the trophy.

An afternoon round of singles or foursomes is available after lunch for those who would like to play a second round over this lovely heathland course, ranked first in Oxfordshire and 73rd in England.
